Summary
Standing as the second-largest member of the Groggy Monsters after Big Pan, Pickles is a towering fighter who wields two swords and earns the moniker "Tackle Demon." Like his teammates, he possesses a habit of laughing for no apparent reason. Named after the pickle, a common hamburger ingredient, he fits the culinary theme shared by the rest of his group. During the Groggy Ring tournament, he faces off against Sanji, who ultimately defeats him by kicking him out of the arena and into the referee, knocking both men unconscious. Although he does not appear in the main manga storyline beyond his introduction, the character reappears in various filler arcs and video games. He makes his first appearance in Chapter 309.
