Summary
Nobra, Gentle is a Cloudian, a rare alien species possessing vast knowledge of the universe. He lives in a castle situated atop a giant cloud. Initially, he attempted to seduce Scarlet, but his efforts were interrupted first by Dr. Gel and subsequently by Dandy.
