Summary
As the head of the First Dormitory and the Karate Club, Megumi presents a tough exterior that masks a genuinely kind heart. Near the conclusion of the series, he and the other dormitory leaders uncover the secret that Mizuki is female, although Minami asserts that he had suspected the truth for a long time.
