Summary
Following the establishment of the SPK, Ratt exited their headquarters to borrow a citizen’s phone, intending to share information about the Death Note he had discovered with Mello. He was later briefly observed receiving instructions from Steve Mason to arrange for John McEnroe to retrieve Soichiro Yagami and his daughter Sayu, who had been kidnapped by Mello and the Mafia in exchange for the notebook. After Mello secured the Death Note, he utilized its power to eliminate Ratt, along with half of the SPK members, by forcing Ratt to commit suicide by shooting himself in the head. Currently, no voice actors have been associated with this character.
