Summary
Debu, also known by the name Tubs, serves as one of the cowboy henchmen loyal to the Tall Man during the early segments of the Dragon Ball series, specifically in the episode titled Look Out for Launch. He is initially depicted conversing with his boss inside a saloon. However, his role ends abruptly when Launch arrives and undergoes her transformation, at which point Debu is beaten up along with the rest of the group.
