Summary
Wang Long is one of the three council elders collectively known as "The Van," who governed the Red Dragon crime syndicate prior to being overthrown and killed by Vicious. He is one of the trio of elderly Chinese men, alongside Ping Long and Sou Long, who were also deeply implicated in the drug trade.
