Summary

Yotsuba Nakano is the fourth of the Nakano Quintuplets, characterized by a bright, cheerful, and calm demeanor. She possesses an active personality and communicates in a loud, spontaneous, and occasionally absent-minded manner. Notably, she is the only sister who accepts Fuutarou from the beginning and offers him wholehearted support in all his endeavors. Yotsuba is inherently helpful, unable to refuse those in need, and is frequently seen assisting others directly or indirectly. Physically, she stands at 159 cm, growing to 165 cm, with blue eyes and pale orange hair in the anime version, though her real color is pearl pink. Born on May 5, 2000, she is 17 years old from Chapters 1 through 79, turns 18 from Chapter 79 onward, and ranges from 19 to 22 during the movie. Her blood type is A. Yotsuba is the only known sister with excellent eyesight, as Itsuki wears glasses and Nino uses contact lenses. This sharp vision is demonstrated when she recognizes the name tag on Nino’s uniform from the second floor and when she promptly returns an exam sheet dropped by Fuutarou. Academically, Yotsuba struggles, having scored a zero on a test and commenting that she is the sister most likely to repeat a year. Despite this, she serves as the class representative starting from Chapter 70. She is physically gifted, boasting excellent stamina and sporting ability. She scored a 50m sprint in 7.9 seconds, and a basketball club member praised her skills, even inviting her to join the team, though she remained affiliated with the Track Club. She is also skilled at festival games. Yotsuba is not a good liar, a fact Miku can easily detect. During her high school years, she attended Kurobara Girls High School before transferring to Asahiyama High School, where she worked part-time jobs involving cleaning.
