Summary
Rivers, known as Rivaazu in Japanese, serves as the sniper for the Bellamy Pirates and is distinguished by his hat featuring long ear-flaps. Contrary to some misconceptions, it was Rivers who intercepted Sarquiss and prevented him from pursuing Luffy, rather than Eddy. He made his debut in Chapter 223 and Episode 146, and is voiced by Patrick Seitz in the English Funimation dub.
