Summary
Serving as the commander of the Arianrhod Fleet, Rustal projects a calm and commanding presence that inspires profound loyalty. Julieta Juris devotes her entire existence to acting as his sword, while Galan Mossa abandons his former life to serve Rustal through illicit channels, illustrating the depth of his subordinates' dedication.
