Summary
Glo Xinia, whose name is derived from the Gloxinia flower, is identified by the Rain Mall Ring. He makes his debut during a Millefiore family gathering, appearing via hologram from a remote location while actively hunting for rings. Displaying confidence and sharp wit, he quickly grasps Byakuran’s strategies, a feat that eludes the other attendees. Byakuran notes that Xinia’s unconventional methods have previously led to clashes with Shouichi. Serving as the captain of the White Spell’s 8th Wisteria squad, Xinia is trusted with high-stakes missions, such as responding to potential threats from the Varia. During one such operation, he encounters the younger Chrome Dokuro, who had been sent to the future using a ten-year bazooka. Inside the abandoned Kokuyou Healthy Land building, Xinia taunts her by detailing his defeat of the future Mukuro, which forced her future self to retreat. He revels in the fight, employing a rain-element Box, a riding crop, and an owl infused with Dying Will Flames—later revealed to be hosting Mukuro—to demonstrate that Chrome’s combat style is outdated. His remarks are often inappropriate, making lewd allusions to her sexual capabilities and expressing a preference for her future physique. Although the battle leaves Xinia hospitalized with severe injuries and a broken jaw, he successfully plants a tracking device on Chrome. He also possesses knowledge of a traitor within the Millefiore Family but is unable to share this information with Shouichi due to his condition.
