Summary
Kuro serves as the former Captain of the Black Cat Pirates, earning the moniker "Kuro of the Thousand Plans" due to his elaborate strategies that rarely encounter failure. This intellect secures his reputation as the second most intelligent individual in the East Blue, ranking only behind Ben Beckman. His physical prowess includes super-human speed, allowing him to strike with such velocity that he appears merely as a vague blur or is detected solely through the aftermath of his attacks. His signature move, Shakushi, enables him to sweep a wide area with his claws, indiscriminately killing any target they touch, including members of his own crew. This technique travels at a speed comparable to the Soru ability utilized by CP9. However, while CP9 has mastered Soru to maintain visual control during its use, Kuro lacks this precision and cannot see his targets while executing Shakushi.
