Yamao, Happa
Summary
Making his first appearance in Episode 241, Happa Yamao is a civilian residing in Water 7. Usopp purchased wood and various supplies from him to aid in the repairs of the Going Merry. Originally an old bandit, Yamao relocated from Pucci, known as the "Gourmet City," to Water 7 where he established himself as a carpenter.
