Summary
Mossa Galan is a mercenary and highly skilled tactician who was secretly hired by Rustal Elion to instigate a war between Arbrau and the SAU. His initial mission involved neutralizing Makanai Togonosuke and Chad, the leader of Tekkadan on Earth, to incite panic during the inauguration of the Arbrau Defense Force. Following this, Mossa assumed command of both Arbrau and Tekkadan forces, leading his own contingent of Mobile Suits. He proved to be a cunning strategist, prolonging the conflict for weeks by strategically withdrawing his troops whenever the tide of battle favored them. Mossa possesses a keen understanding of psychology and is adept at acting, using feigned concern to earn the trust of his associates. Similar to Radiche, he privately regards Tekkadan members as animals, though he amusingly suggests they could be tamed with food and pets. Leveraging this insight, he manipulated the war into forcing Tekkadan’s Earth Branch into constant skirmishes, which dulled their awareness and compelled them to rely on his strategic guidance. In combat, he pilots a Geirail Mobile Suit.
