Summary
Koutarou Araki is a hikikomori and a truant sophomore attending Ichou Academy, where he shares a class with Junichiro Kagami. He attended the same middle school as Shikishima Kiriko, better known as Potatos, and had previously heard an odd rumor concerning him. Despite being enrolled, Koutarou has not made a single appearance since the school's opening ceremony.
