Summary
Shin, Lin's brother, demonstrates greater loyalty to his friends than to the Red Dragon Crime Syndicate. He makes his debut in Session 25: The Real Folk Blues (Part One), where he aids Spike in a duel against Syndicate members. Shin reveals to Spike that Vicious has attempted to take over the organization, resulting in a death sentence, and warns that everyone close to Spike is being hunted down.
