Summary
Boric, also known as Skin, is a descendant of Noah and a devoted follower of the Millennium Earl. He was dispatched to Japan with the specific mission of assassinating Froi Tiedoll, the General who was being escorted by Kanda and Marie. The character first appears in the early manga chapters, where his intense dislike for the Earl’s dinner choices is highlighted; he expresses a strong preference for sweets over hard-boiled eggs. His anger over the meal leads him to crush the Akuma responsible for preparing it with his bare hands, triggering a transformation where large spikes erupt from his back and arms as his skin peels away. Due to this incident and his fondness for candy, Tyki consistently refers to him as "Sweet Tooth" rather than by his actual name. A flashback reveals that three years prior to the main narrative, Skin worked at the docks in New Orleans. During this period, the activation of his Noah genes forced him to recall memories spanning 7000 years, a process that inflicted severe pain and nightmares. This traumatic experience solidified his resolve to never forgive the Innocence. As the rage of Noah took hold within him, he gained insight into the world from the Millennium Earl’s perspective. It was during this time that he encountered Road and the Earl, who offered him his first piece of candy to soothe the pain that made him bite his fingers. Representing the "hatred" aspect of the Noah family, Skin is presumed to be American given his origins in New Orleans.
