Summary
Teteru serves as the chief of Rain Dukemon, though his position is largely ceremonial and lacks the actual authority held by Nike's grandmother. He is also the father-in-law of Livius. Despite his title, Teteru possesses no real power within the organization. His authority is further highlighted by a past incident in which Nike's grandmother reprimanded him for giving Nike away to Livius as a wife.
