Summary
Lady Miyako serves as the High Priestess of a temple in Neo-Tokyo and plays a pivotal leadership role in the conflict against Tetsuo. Originally a test subject designated #19, she wields psychic abilities. In the anime adaptation, however, she is portrayed primarily as a devoted follower of the Akira sect.
