The band’s name is derived from his preferred cigarette brand, "Black Stones." Despite his intimidating appearance, characterized by a shaved head, numerous earrings, and dark sunglasses, he is actually a law student. Yasu acts as an older brother figure to Nana O and occasionally Nobu, having served as Nana’s guardian when she first moved to Tokyo. Although he harbors romantic feelings for her, he actively encourages Ren and Nana to reconcile. He has a complex history with Trapnest, having grown up in the same orphanage as Ren and maintained their friendship even after Yasu was adopted.
