Summary
Issa Mihotoke, affectionately known as Buccha, is a level E AT user currently affiliated with the team Kogarasumaru. Previously, he served as the leader of Night King, a unit that disbanded after Buccha suffered a defeat in a Parts War against Ikki. Attending Higachu Junior High School, he is typically viewed as a tank due to his immense physical power. Although he appears obese, his body composition is actually only ten percent fat; his large stature results from excessive blood pooling in his gut due to overeating. He possesses the unique ability to manipulate this blood, directing it to his muscles to temporarily achieve a slimmer, more defined physique and even extend the length of his limbs. His personality mirrors the semi-split nature of Akito/Agito. In non-combat situations, he is a laid-back individual focused on food and relaxation, but when battle arises, a second personality emerges that transforms him into a devastating killing machine. Beyond combat, he is also capable of dancing. In battle, he utilizes brass knuckles-style gloves that amplify his already superhuman strength. His character design draws inspiration from the wrestler Abdullah the butcher, evidenced by the three lines on his forehead and his moniker, Buccha.
