Summary
Giovanni Rammsteiner is the younger adoptive brother of Haine, another subject of the Kerberos experiments whose mutations manifested at a later stage. Like Haine, he possesses a spine collar and remarkable regenerative capabilities. His distinctive appearance is marked by bug-eyed sunglasses and a mop-top haircut. Despite being genetically altered by his "mother" Einstürzen, Giovanni chooses to fight alongside her army. He has a cruel streak, frequently taunting Haine about Lily's death in an attempt to trigger a berserker rage in his sibling. Giovanni carries vivid, traumatic memories of the experiments he endured and first appears in the series Dogs. In combat, he utilizes dual Walther P38 pistols.
