Summary
Latoine is a French piano student who resides in the same apartment complex as Chiaki and Nodame. The two first became friends during their entrance exam for studying in Paris. An avid fan of Japanese anime, he particularly enjoys Shakugan no Shana and the fictional series Puri Gorota, which is Nodame’s favorite. Although he initially harbored a slight crush on Nodame, his feelings faded after witnessing her deep obsession with anime and her relationship with Chiaki. Previously, Latoine attended the same school as Yunlong, but he transferred to the Conservatory after being impressed by Professor Auclair.
