Summary
Freid delved into the Great Labyrinth located within the Frost Caverns of Schnee, successfully acquiring Ancient Magic that granted him control over Monsters. This power came at a steep price, as he lost numerous subordinates to the perils of the Labyrinth’s trials. He subsequently employed this newfound ability to shift the balance of the war between Demons and humanity firmly in the Demons' favor. When the heroes arrived in Tortus to confront the demons, Freid sent his subordinate Cattleya, accompanied by a detachment of Monsters, to the Great Orcus Labyrinth. Their mission was to either recruit or eliminate the heroes during their training, while also securing the Ancient Magic contained within the location.
