Charlotte, Moscato
Summary
Charlotte Moscato served as the Minister of Gelato for Totto Land and was the sixteenth son of the Charlotte Family. Tragically, his life ended when his mother, Charlotte Linlin, killed him during one of her destructive, craving-fueled rampages. Physically, Moscato possessed a thick torso with relatively slender arms and legs. His long face was unshaven, and he sported pink and blue hair slicked upward at the front. His attire consisted of a striped suit covered by a dark blue jacket featuring tasseled, ice cream-shaped pauldrons and a thick belt with a buckle displaying his initials, "SM". In his role, he managed the procurement and distribution of gelato throughout Totto Land and held authority over an unspecified island within the territory. Although he managed to jump back and dodge a punch from his mother, he was otherwise unable to halt her rampage. He was also armed with a long sword that had a handle shaped like an ice cream cone, which he carried on his back.
