Summary
Steely Dan exhibits a sadistic and arrogant demeanor, convinced that his Stand will shield him from Jotaro’s attacks, allowing him to exploit the latter in various ways. His hubris is evident when he pays a child to strike him with a broomstick; however, upon being hit twice, he reacts with anger and punches the child. Once his Stand is defeated, leaving him defenseless, Steely Dan cowers and attempts to ingratiate himself to Jotaro, even offering to hand over all the money Dio Brando paid him for the job.
