Summary
Ikoma is a 17-year-old steam smith who earns his living at Aragane Station by crafting iron goods and steam engines. Alongside his close friend Takumi, he developed a specialized weapon known as Tsuranuki Zutsu with the goal of defeating Kabane. Although the people around him currently mock his efforts, Ikoma remains hopeful, anticipating the day when he will finally achieve triumph.
