Summary
Standing at 182cm with a massive frame weighing 234kg, this individual possesses black hair and operates as a key figure in the resistance. He is responsible for assassinating the popular cyber-rapper Densetsu and leaked critical intelligence regarding a planned refugee attack on the transportation of fuel rods from a hidden nuclear power plant. His first appearance occurs in episode 33 aboard a vessel during a black market arms transaction, where he purchases weaponry to supply terrorists for the purpose of liberating refugees. Although a Coast Guard raid disrupts the deal, he manages to escape capture. Later, in episode 39, he delivers the final speech from the summit of the Kyūshū Radio Tower. Notably, his true name remains the only identity among the Individual Eleven members that is not revealed when the Tachikomas uncover their identities through military information, which is why he is referred to as Unnamed Individual Eleven.
