Hailing from the upper echelons of Mugenjou, specifically Babylon City, he presents himself as a calm and seemingly careless individual. He is a master of mirrors whose combat style relies on creating illusions and doubles through diffuse reflections, making him an extremely powerful opponent. Kagami has allied himself with MAKUBEX for mysterious reasons and was dispatched by him to assault Himiko Kudo while simultaneously stalling Ginji Amano and Kurudo Akabane from accessing the main chambers of Mugenjou.
