Summary
Mokuren is a member of the Uruha, formerly serving as Koganei’s partner. He is a ruthless and psychopathic killer who holds an intense hatred for men, refusing to kill them, though he harbors a specific obsession with slaughtering women. This rigid code shifted after Recca defeated and humiliated him in their battle, leading Mokuren to make a unique exception for Recca. Consumed by the shame of his swift defeat, he swore revenge against Recca and eventually extended his animosity to all the Hokage by association. Driven by a desperate need to win, Mokuren is willing to employ any means necessary, including blatant lying and limitless cheating.
