Summary
Chiyomi Ogawa is a classmate of Tomo Aizawa and the best friend of Mifune. Along with Mifune, she grew jealous of Tomo for spending excessive time with Misaki. The two girls confronted Tomo, but she intimidated them into submission. After Tomo promised to help them get closer to Misaki, their relationship shifted, and they eventually became somewhat friendly with one another.
