Summary
Making their debut in Episode 386, the Rosy Life Riders, previously known as the Flying Fish Riders (トビウオライダーズ), originated as a kidnapping gang operating near the Sabaody Archipelago. True to their former moniker, each member rides a flying fish. Led by Duval, the group sported handles on their mounts and a distinctive dress style that gave them the appearance of a biker gang. However, following Duval's face alteration, the organization was reformed into the Rosy Life Riders, marking a significant shift in their overall purpose.
