Summary
Nueno Meisuke is a 25-year-old man who balances two distinct roles in his adopted home of Doumori. He serves as a powerful exorcist, managing the complex affairs between humans and youkai, while simultaneously working as the teacher for class 5-3 at Doumori Elementary. In this capacity, he guides his students and protects them from the spiritual encounters they inevitably face. Both professions hold equal significance for him, as he is dedicated to protecting the innocent and punishing the wicked, whether they are human or youkai. His primary focus remains on the young and innocent who still require a guardian. Although he is well-versed in various exorcism tools, his main weapon is the Oni no te, a real oni sealed within his left arm. Depending on the medium, this entity is either possessed by the demon in the anime or completely merged with his arm in the manga.
