Summary
Lin serves as an operative for the Red Dragon Crime Syndicate and is the sibling of Shin, who also held membership in the organization. During his time with the syndicate, Lin operated under the command of Spike Spiegel. Although he maintains strict loyalty to those he pledges himself to, he harbors a personal aversion to senseless brutality. The Elders tasked him with the duty of protecting Vicious. This duty came to a head when Spike confronted Vicious on Callisto; in that moment, Lin intervened by shooting Spike before their battle could commence. The projectile was from a tranquilizer gun that rendered Spike unconscious, allowing both Lin and Vicious to make a safe escape.
