Summary
Kiyohiko serves as Emi’s childhood friend and is frequently the target of her teasing. The group’s dynamic shifted when Emi accidentally kicked Hidenori into a river, leading him to deduce that she likely treated Kiyohiko similarly. Acting on this assumption, Hidenori retaliated by kicking Emi back, an act that moved Kiyohiko to tears as he confessed that Hidenori was the first person to truly understand his experience. Following this incident, the trio formed a close bond and spent the remainder of their summer vacation together.
