Summary
Graf Wilhelm Josef Von Herrman is a high-level demon who masquerades as a descendant of a German line of counts. He was among the many demons that assaulted Negi's village, responsible for turning nearly every resident into stone. Initially sealed during the assault, he was later released to assess the threat posed by Negi and Asuna and to temporarily remove Negi from combat. Although he was defeated by Negi and Kotaro, Negi chose to spare his life. He is linked to Fate Averruncus and his faction. In his human guise, he appears as an elderly gentleman dressed in a suit and hat. A formidable physical fighter with a style resembling boxing, he can cast magic without needing incantations. His most devastating ability, however, is his petrification spell, which permanently turned the citizens of Negi's childhood home to stone. While this condition appeared incurable, the final volume reveals that Konoka can develop her powers sufficiently to restore those affected. No voice actors have been assigned to this character yet.
