Summary
A man who returned from a refugee zone in Taiwan, he approached Ishikawa during the latter's stay on the Korean Peninsula. He recounted seeing an individual who matched Kuze's description, noting that although the man's prosthetic hair had turned entirely white, he was certain it was Kuze. He observed that Kuze had a unique ability to attract a crowd of happy people wherever he went. In a flashback scene, this character is depicted conversing with Kuze in an alleyway, with Yosuke Aramaki visible nearby on the street.
