Summary
As a member of CEDEF and subordinate to Iemitsu Sawada, Oregano initially provides a status report regarding the ongoing conflict between CEDEF and the Varia. She informs Iemitsu that while the Varia located their base, all six members present managed to escape en route to Vongola HQ. This detail suggests the organization comprises eight or nine total members, accounting for Basil’s presence in Japan and Iemitsu’s absence during the attack. Oregano later joins Turmeric and Lal Mirch in their invasion of Vongola HQ to facilitate Iemitsu’s negotiation or rescue of the Vongola Boss. During the operation, she and Turmeric uncover censored Gola Mosca plans, revealing that one unit was sent to the Varia. After reuniting with Iemitsu, the fake Vongola IX provides sufficient evidence to confirm that the real Vongola IX was inside the Gola Mosca dispatched to the Varia. However, their efforts prove too late to prevent the ensuing battle involving the Cloud Guardian.
