Summary
Yoite is a sixteen-year-old ninja affiliated with the Kairōshū, known for his pale complexion, slender build, and penchant for wearing all-black attire accented by leather gloves and a tan gatsby cap. He claims to be born in late December and possesses skills in pitching and mental calculations, with a particular fondness for the darkness of night, chikuzenni, and lemonade. He has a strong aversion to bright places and individuals who judge others based on their appearance. His primary technique is Iga's "Kira" (伊賀「気羅」), a forbidden jutsu that forces the user's ki into a target's body to control them from within, capable of shattering bones or causing the victim to explode. Utilizing this power exacts a heavy toll, draining the user's life force and gradually stripping away their five senses until death ensues. By volume 4, Yoite had approximately two months remaining in his life. He exhibits a fragile and sensitive personality, nearly killing a delivery man who insulted him by calling him a "cute kid," and is observed eating at a remarkably fast pace. Yoite initially abducts Miharu, locking him in an abandoned train car, and falsely claims that his friends are dying from the ki he implanted in them. He demands that Miharu use the Shinrabanshō to grant his wish to be "erased" from existence. Although the threat is a fabrication, Miharu remains determined to fulfill the request, leading to a complex dynamic between the two.
