Summary
During the Rebelo Administration, Busias Adoula served as a Counselor. Following the occupation of Heinessenpolis by the New Galactic Empire at the end of the Second Alliance–Imperial War, Imperial forces demanded that he swear an oath of loyalty to the Empire. Adoula refused this demand, arguing that the citizens of the Alliance had elected their own head of state. He further justified his refusal by noting that the position of Kaiser or emperor did not exist within the structure of the Alliance government, leading him to reject orders issued from a non-existent authority.
