Summary
Jou Kitahara serves as the trainer for Oguri and Berno. Standing at 185cm, he has a mature appearance. He prefers the nickname Cap, referring to Oguri as such until after the Chukyo Cup, when he begins using her name, while he calls Berno Bell. His uncle is Musaka Ginjirou, a trainer at Central Tracen Academy. Previously, after losing his former job, he spent his days playing pachinko and watching horse races on television.
