Summary
Kuri was a minor character featured in the first season of the Sailor Moon anime and the initial manga arc. As a classmate and friend of Usagi and Naru at Juuban Municipal Junior High School, she and her companion Yumiko primarily served as filler figures before the introduction of the other Sailor Senshi, often supplying details regarding new locations, individuals, and occurrences. Kuri attended the Crystal Seminar, where she became a target of Jadeite’s energy collection scheme. In episode 7, she and Yumiko were hypnotized by Derella and participated in the Cinderella Caravan talent search. She held a negative opinion of Ami, referring to her as a snob.
