Known as "The Immovable Lord," Ouzen holds the elite White Whistle rank and resides at the Seeker Camp, an observation base situated on the second level of the Abyss. She leads a small squad of cave raiders called "The Layabouts" and shares a history as a mentor and close friend to Lyza, Riko’s mother. Despite her youthful appearance, Ouzen achieved White Whistle status over fifty years ago, a feat made possible by her unique relic, "Thousand Pins," which grants her superhuman strength, speed, and longevity. Standing over two meters tall, she sports a distinctive hairstyle that hides scalp deformities resulting from prolonged exposure to the Curse of the Abyss. Ouzen maintains absolute control over her facial expressions, making it impossible to discern her true emotions or intentions. She rarely explains her actions, and when she does, her words may be truthful or merely manipulative, leaving her motives shrouded in mystery.
