Summary
Stratos Einhald is a practitioner of Kaiser Arts who adopted the title of the former Sankt Kaiser. She engages in street brawls to demonstrate that the strength of the Hegemon surpasses that of all other Belkan warriors. Similar to Vivio, she possesses both a child and an adult form, although assuming the latter takes a heavy toll on her mental state, and she exhibits heterochromia. Her true identity is eventually uncovered by Nove and the Nakajimas, who step in to assist her in understanding others and getting to know Vivio.
