Coach Maeda observes that Senda’s excessive showmanship would hinder him as a pitcher, though he acknowledges the player has the potential to excel at shortstop. Senda is persistently interested in Aoba, actively pursuing her romantic attention. His time on the mound is marred by numerous errors, leading to his demotion to the prefab team where he assumes the shortstop position. Following the dismissal of Coach Daimon, Senda secures a permanent spot as a starter for the main Seishū baseball squad.
