Summary
Haruki Kitahara serves as the former class president for Class 3-E at Houjou University Attached High School. Although he is a high-achieving student with excellent grades, his personality is defined by a meddlesome and preachy demeanor, even though he is fundamentally caring. He holds membership in the light music club, where he has recently been focusing his efforts on practicing the guitar for the upcoming school festival. However, he lacks the necessary talent to perform on stage.
