Summary
Shigechi is a high school student who initially appeared when Josuke tracked some of his Harvest stands during a coin collecting spree, suspecting him of being a potential enemy stand user. Josuke and Okuyasu originally mistook him for a complete idiot due to his bizarre generosity in sharing the wealth he had just accumulated through Harvest, a move intended to win their friendship. While Josuke urged against exploiting Shigechi’s naivety and proposed they work together to equally divide the spoils, the plan quickly backfired. Shigechi turned hostile, offended by the implication that he was an idiot and convinced that his partners were selfishly refusing to give him their fair share of the money they had earned together. This triggered a frantic chase, during which Shigechi demonstrated that Harvest’s true strength lay in its numerous stand parts. By combining multiple attacks from Harvest’s men and employing underhanded tactics, such as having Harvest inject alcohol directly into Josuke and Okuyasu’s bloodstream, he proved to be a formidable opponent. After being subdued, Shigechi finally conceded that Josuke and Okuyasu deserved one third each of the total amount, leading to their friendship at school.
