Summary
Medici Borgiani, Alphonse is a carefree vampire who remains fiercely loyal to Mina. He is easily identified by his white suit and expensive car, which he dislikes sharing space with Bund because the fake blood "Stigma" sprayed from the blimp constantly soils his vehicle. Alphonse claims to be a Lord who handles secretive dealings for Mina away from public scrutiny. He was the one who orchestrated the transformation of Shoichi's grandson into a vampire to provide Mina with leverage.
