Summary
Peterman serves as the leader of the Hound Pets, a kidnapping syndicate operating within the Shabondy Archipelago. After being alerted by bounty hunters—who, due to their injuries, were likely the same individuals who had previously attempted to attack the Strawhats for their bounties—he learns that Camie, a mermaid, is present at Shabondy Park. He subsequently strikes a deal with these hunters, agreeing to give them ten percent of her final sale price, before proceeding to abduct her. Peterman transports Camie to the Human Auctioning House, intending to return later to collect his share of the profits once she is sold. However, his plans are thwarted when the Straw Hat crew manages to rescue her and track him down to his hideout, where they deliver a well-deserved beating for his criminal activities.
