Summary
Kesskass is an assassin recruited by Elizabeth with the mission to eliminate Vash the Stampede. Disguising himself as Elizabeth's personal guard, he attempted to carry out the contract but ultimately failed to kill Vash. In response to this failure, Elizabeth confined Kesskass and Vash together inside the Plant room, abandoning them both to their fate without any concern for Kesskass's survival.
