Summary
Gilbert Nightray is a twenty-four-year-old man standing 182 cm tall with blood type B, born on February 5. He serves as Oz’s best friend and most loyal servant, viewing Oz as his most precious person and being ready to sacrifice anything for him. Fifteen years prior, the Vessalius family took him in after finding him in an injured state. Oz later invited him to attend the coming of age ceremony as a friend. During the event, Gilbert was controlled by a chain held by the Baskervilles and forced to attack Oz. Upon regaining consciousness, he caught sight of one of the hooded figures and, for reasons left unexplained, threw himself in the path of Oz’s attack to protect him.
